Fried Rice With Tuyo and Sunny Side Up Egg

This is the typical breakfast of almost all Filipinos. This is a delicious breakfast you can't resist. Fried rice or "sinangag" with sunny side up egg together with a dried fish or "tuyo". A very typical Pinoy breakfast that you'll surely miss especially if you are working abroad. But now a days this "Dried Fish or Tuyo" is surely being sold in other countries. Good thing that Filipino's can still eat this food. Though it's already pricey when sold abroad. But at least you don't need to worry missing the opportunity to eat fried dried fish.

For others, the aroma of the tuyo not smells so good, but for Filipino's this is a very yummy and delicious smell. True blooded Pinoy's buy blood or by heart are surely craving this food for breakfast. 

This is a very easy way to cook this breakfast meal.
Ingredients:
1. Dried Fish "Tuyo"
2. thinly sliced garlic
3. egg
4. cold rice
5. salt
6. vetsin or msg
7. sliced hot dog (optional)
8. oil or butter

Procedure:
1. Fried the sunny side up egg and set aside.
2. On the same pan, fried the tuyo and set aside.
3. Use small amount of oil/butter in other pan for frying the sliced garlic until golden brown. Add the sliced hot dog. Add the cold rice. Add salt and vetsin for the seasoning.
4. Serve hot together with the fried tuyo and egg. Best when eat with vinegar.
